 Tyre Sampson is the 14-year-old youth football player from Missouri who d*ed after falling from the Orlando Free Fall ride at ICON Park in Orlando, Florida. Graphic video has emerged  showing his tragic death.

A graphic and more than four-minute video that shows Sampson falling from the ride has been viewed almost 3 million times on Twitter. Because of its graphic nature, Heavy is not embedding the full, unedited video. You can watch it in full here, but be forewarned that it’s disturbing and graphic.

A jury in Orange County, Florida, ruled in a civil trial that Funtime Handels, a foreign company associated with the ride, must pay million in damages to Sampson’s family, Nexstar’s WFLA reported.

This verdict is a step forward in holding corporations accountable for the safety of their product.

The ride’s manufacturers neglected their duty to protect passengers, and today’s outcome ensures they face the consequences of those decisions.
